The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has released the Individual Income Tax Return and Guide to be used by individuals who were residents of Quebec as of December 31, 2019. That return and guide can be found on the CRA website at https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/tax-packages-years/general-income-tax-benefit-package/quebec.html.

The CRA has also indicated that a limited quantity of tax packages will be available at Canada Post, Service Canada, and most Caisse populaire Desjardins outlets starting February 18, 2020.

Hard copies of the return and guide can also be ordered online, on the CRA website at https://apps.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/cjcf/fpos-scfp/pub/rdr?request_locale=en_CA.ch. Tax return packages ordered online will not be shipped by mail until the week of February 17, 2020.
